Do you paint all the figures yourself?

Yes! When it comes to painting, I am a 1 man band. I prime, paint, and seal every project myself.

Do you sculpt the figures?

I do not sculpt or 3d design anything, I work with many 3d artists in the community to bring a variety of sculpt to the site and will continue to do so in the future.

What is the turnaround time for painted projects?

Painting is a time consuming process and I try to take my time with orders so customers are happy with the finished product. Depending on the order log, I try to get painted orders out in a month.

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of each order, there are no returns and all sales are final. Each order is packaged appropriately and shipped with care so damages fall on the postage services.

Do the full figures come with the head sculpts?

No! The figures in the photos are just for display, they do not come with the custom sculpt unless otherwise stated!
